irene is a Buying Group, created exclusively for independent real estate agencies to utilize the Independents unique and unprecedented buying power whilst understanding the immense pride they have in being able to conduct their business the way they see best for their clients, that is, you retain your independent status.

We have looked at many Buying Group models and clearly saw the unique benefits by not mixing Franchise Groups with Independents and exactly for the same reason each individual Franchise Group maintains their exclusivity.

Whilst Independents and Franchise groups do work together in some cases, each individual group continually looks for and creates unique benefits to maintain their competitive edge in the Industry.

Our make-up is that of a facilitator, that is, we listen to all members of both large and small agencies and develop business plans and strategies to suit their needs.

From our research and wide-ranging experiences over the past 6.5 years we have designed and introduced a strategy that we believe will enormously benefit 4000 independents.

In brief, we have delivered a restricted public company (exclusive to Independents) which has a cap of 4000 agencies.
