• irene has a monthly capped fee of $25 plus GST
• Products or services will be supplied to You by the supplier as an independent contractor.
• irene does not guarantee or warrant that cheaper prices or more favourable terms may not be available from other suppliers.
• Subscribing to irene does not prevent You from acquiring products or services from suppliers other than irene preferred suppliers.
• You acknowledge that if you use any of irene's services that You enter into agreements or arrangements with third parties, at your own risk. You indemnify irene and will keep irene indemnified, from and against all losses, damages and costs that could arise from a third party.
• You may not use any irene intellectual property without express written permission from irene.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with out obligation or penalty, by giving notice via email info@irene.com.au
